Check in time begins at 4PM. Check out commences by 11AM.
Rates: Rates are subject to change at any time. Once a reservation is made the rate is set and no modification to the rate can be made.
No pets. No Exceptions. Guest found with a pet will result in a $50.00 penalty fee and will be immediately evicted with no refund of stay.
Age Requirements: All guests staying in the room must be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ID is required at check in.
Smoking: Beachfront Wakulla 2-Bedroom Suite Resort guestrooms are all non-smoking suites. A deep cleaning charge of $150.00 will be applied to a guest’s bill following checkout if they or any of their guests smoke inside the room. Ashtrays for exterior use are available per request. Please note that all poolside rooms first and second floor are non-smoking inside and outside the suites. The pool and surrounding pool area are a “Smoke Free Zone”.
Capacity: Maximum capacity per suite is 5 people regardless of age or size.
Discounts: All discounts such as AAA, AARP, Military, coupons, etc. must be presented upon check in, there will be no adjustment of rate made after the guest has agreed to and signed the registration agreement. Please note that the reservation name and discount card name must match. Promotional rates as seen on this website are based on availability of an allotment and must be mentioned at the time of booking. These rates are not available on previously confirmed reservations.
Parking: Parking is always a concern here at the Beachfront Wakulla 2-Bedroom Suite Resort, especially during weekends and holidays. Please note that upon check in, you will receive one parking pass per suite. No exceptions. Car-pooling is recommended. Guest parking for additional vehicles is extremely limited, alternative off property parking is the responsibility of the guest. Parking for boats, trailers, buses and other oversized vehicles is not provided. Beachfront Wakulla 2-Bedroom Suite Resort is not responsible for any tickets a guest receives from the Cocoa Beach Police Department for improper parking.
Payment: Cash paying guests will be required to pay for their stay in full in advance. They will also be required to give a valid credit card that will be authorized for a $150.00 security/damage fee (cash security/ damage deposits are not allowed). Upon check out if there are no damages to the suite, this authorization will be released by Beachfront Wakulla 2-Bedroom Suite Resort. Please note that some banks take up to 7 business days to release this authorization and the holding of these funds from your account. We do not recommend the use of a Debit card for this reason.
All guests paying with a Credit Card or Debit card will be required to present this card at check in. This card will be authorized at that time for the length of their stay for room, tax and incidentals. These funds are held until check out. Upon check out the guest will only be charged for actual charges to their room folio. Any remaining amount of the original authorization will be released upon check out, please note that some banks take up to 7 business days to release this authorization and the holding of these funds from your account. The guest can pay cash or use a different credit card upon check out. Again the remaining amount of the original authorization will be released at that time. We do not accept personal checks.
Deposit Policy: A one night’s room and tax charge will be posted to a guest’s credit card at the time of booking. Guests deposits that cannot be processed due to a declined credit or debit card will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. Advance deposits cannot be changed, modified or credited in lieu of paying cash. However, if you wish to pay cash for the remainder of the stay (not including the original deposit), please see “payment” section for details.
Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled for a $25.00 fee up to 48 hours prior to their arrival date. Cancellations of less than 48 hours prior to arrival date including same day cancellations and no shows will result in forfeiture of full deposit. Reservations made within 48 hours prior to arrival are held to a 24 hour cancellation policy and the same $25.00 fee does apply. It is important that you keep your “cancellation number” in a safe place. This number will be required for any and all credit card discrepancies. Same day reservations cannot be cancelled without a fee of the one night’s room & tax deposit.
Changes/Modifications of existing reservations: Reductions in length of reservation or change to a lower category room type is subject to a $25.00 fee.
Special Requests: Your reservation is prepaid for the first night’s stay and therefore is guaranteed for late arrival. All “no shows” will be charged the no show fee of the first night plus tax and the rest of the stay will automatically be cancelled. Any date changes must be made within a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival date and are based on availability. These date changes will affect the rates and may be subject to modification fee of $25.00.
Our guest’s special requests are important to us and we try our best to accommodate these requests. However, special requests such as first floor, location, side-by-side rooms, or specific room numbers are accepted but not guaranteed. No refunds or discounts will be extended for special requests not met.
We GLADLY accept AAA, AARP, active or retired Military, Police & Emergency, and several other discount programs. Many of these are not available online and can only be booked by calling the hotel directly. This includes any special promotion rates as seen on our website. ID or Discount Card will be required at check in for any reservations made under a discounted rate. Reservation and discount card must be in the same name to qualify for discounted rate. Those who do not meet qualification for a discount booked online or directly with hotel, will result in a higher rate. Please note that corporate discounts are for those traveling on business only.
